Classroom Training .. When you take a dog training class, the instructor generally does not have time to address behavioral issues. It's really only about obedience. They have an entire class that they need to move through the curriculum and they have a limited amount of time to do that. Our program is behavior driven and it moves along at a pace that's appropriate for you and your dog. Obedience is included but it's only one piece of the program.
Board And Train .. This method can be very expensive and just doesn't work very well. A good dog training program is as much about the people as it is about the dog. When someone else trains your dog, and the training is being done in a different environment, you could really struggle trying to transition that training and leadership back into your home.
Hourly Training .. When you hire an hourly trainer, their goal is to sell you more sessions, your goal is to take as few sessions as possible. We sometimes have sessions that go 2 hours or more. When you're discussing your dog's behavior, the conversations can get lengthy. We would not be able to provide that level of attention if we were charging by the hour.
